Small variations may occur because products are handcrafted, screens display colours differently, or materials may vary. Products are subject to availability and we may update or discontinue a product without prior notice.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. The product price, applicable delivery charges, and the final order total will be shown before you submit your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. An order is accepted for processing after the payment or payment confirmation required at checkout has been received.
Placing an order
Please provide complete and accurate customer, recipient, address, email, and contact details while placing an order. After submitting an order, you may receive an acknowledgement by email, phone, or WhatsApp. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance if a product is unavailable or an error needs to be corrected.
Cancellation and changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help if the order has not been packed or dispatched. Once an order has entered preparation, been customised, or been dispatched, cancellation or changes may not be possible. Any eligible refund will be handled according to the applicable refund and cancellation terms communicated for that order.

Delivery is made to serviceable locations and is subject to the shipping details shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, festive demand, or circumstances outside our control.
